Floor Tile Installs

Currently we are offing a discounted rate of $3 per sq. ft. to install floor tile on an approved floor. Additional charges may be applied for patterns, type of tile, and/or prep work. All needed thinset and grout is provided with this install special.

Engineered Flooring Installs

We are currently offing an install special of $2 per sq. ft. to install your choice of glue down or nail down prefinished flooring. Install included all needed glues, adhedsives, nails, fillers, and any other needed materials. Additional charges may apply for prep work and/or design patterns.

Custom Countertops

 We are offering the replacement or new install of countertops starting at $15 per sq.ft. This service provides removal (if needed) of your existing countertop, leveling, over 2" of solid, non-flex foundation with a waterproof coating provided and installed, any choice of marble, porcelain, ceramic, granite, or other solid tile material installed for exterior, any necessary grout, and an addition waterproof seal provided and applied. These Countertops are extrememly strong and also makes fixing individual damaged areas possible without having to replace entire countertop.
